This new collection introduced in 2019 offers a “reclaimed, rustic, distressed with saw marks” appearance in 3 9/16” / 5.5” / 7.5” Multi-width plank Oak, Hickory and Heart Pine. The color palette in this program offers grays, deep browns and black tones. These colors are stocked in Lancaster, PA and can be purchased via special order. CWF will not be stocking this collection initially. Please allow 1 week to 90 day lead times. Call for current stock availability.

How long do I have to return an item?
For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
How will my order be shipped?

Is there a restocking fee?
No. There is no restocking fee on returned items.
Will the freight delivery service bring my shipment inside?
No. Freight delivery items (like bathtubs and appliances) are left curbside. You are responsible for moving the item(s) from the curb to your home.
