Returns
Armand Flooring Products is responsible for only quantities and sizes provided in this quote. The customer is responsible for verification that the material quoted matches project specifications, sizes and quantities.
Upon receipt of the delivered product, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item and make a careful note of any damages or discrepancies before endorsing the delivery. In the event that such damages are observed, all claims must be promptly filed with the respective trucking company at the time of delivery.
The customer is provided with a grace period of 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Failure to notify us within this specified timeframe will result in our inability to accommodate the return request. It is important to note that once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
For return eligibility, a minimum quantity of 100 square feet is required. The client will be responsible for paying a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of their order, in addition to the shipping charges incurred for returning the product to our warehouse. Please be advised that all custom or special orders are non-cancellable, and all sales pertaining to such orders are considered final.
We kindly request your understanding that refunds will only be issued upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned product by the manufacturer. Orders that are in the shipping process cannot be cancelled.
Special order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once orders are placed.
