H2O ZioTHANE (Gloss) – is a two component, water-based high performance urethane sealer/topcoat. This is a green-friendly urethane with little to no odor due to its lack of solvent, making it perfect for indoor settings where people are present and urethane coating characteristics are needed. This top-of-the line product exhibits a moderate gloss finish (not high-gloss) with superior abrasion, scratch, and chemical resistance. H2O ZioTHANE (Gloss) is UV stable, so it will never amber or chalk due to long UV exposure.
Available in 3-gallon & 15-gallon kits with a 2:1 mixing ratio

How long do I have to return an item?
For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. No. Freight delivery items (like bathtubs and appliances) are left curbside. You are responsible for moving the item(s) from the curb to your home.
