Returns Policy

Can I return the product if I ordered too much?

Answer: Yes you can, If the leftover product is more than three boxes and unopened, the client can arrange freight back to the origin warehouse. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further steps. To avoid a return situation the best solution is to get proper measurements of your space.

Can I return the product after installation?

Answer: No you cant, Once a product has been installed it cannot be returned or exchanged, as installing flooring products will constitute acceptance of received materials.

Can I return a damaged product?

Answer: If the product is damaged at the time of delivery the customer must include the damaged product and quantity on the POD form or Armand Flooring Products will not be able to assist you with replacing the product. All claims must go through the freight company.
