Downtown LVP flooring is one of the newest styles of the Chesapeake vinyl family. This color palette ranges from light whitewashed looks to dark browns and greys and everything in between. There are 9 colors to choose from, so you are sure to find one that perfectly complements your décor. Downtown has a natural embossing and low gloss level that brings out the solid hardwood visual. It is built to last in beauty and strength. This durable flooring has a 22 mil wear layer and a pre-attached underpad. It is scratch and fade proof. Its planks measure 7.6” x 48” and have an overall thickness of 5 mm. It is sold by the box.

How long do I have to return an item?
For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
How will my order be shipped?

No. Freight delivery items (like bathtubs and appliances) are left curbside. You are responsible for moving the item(s) from the curb to your home.
