About UA Floors
Ua floors were launched in 1992 in Taichung City, Taiwan. They reached the international market in 1998, but before that also they were famous among the locals. Ua floors have gained recognition from different associations and organizations; from all over the world because of their sustainable hardwood floors. In 2016 the British BMC Journal of Supplementary and Alternative Medicine used wood samples from Ua floors to show the effects of Far-infrared Ray wooden floors on living organisms; for a study.
Material sourcing
Ua floors have essential locations all over the globe, from where they source their materials. The wooden species are chosen by the Forest Stewardship Council and the local governments. Who collectively certify and authorize the felling of trees. This guarantees the customers that the sourcing is sustainable. Ua floors only use artificial forests for their materials, and for every tree they cut, they plant three more.

Ua floors do their share in making the world more beautiful. Ua floors are extra cautious when sourcing materials from certified green sources, where the trees are farmed or are original certified forests. Ua factories are FSC certified, and the plywood is certified to meet the CARB Phase II standard. Ua floors also strictly follow the Lacey Act and the detailed environment laws.
